Calvert 2020 Victory Dinner Table Host Registration
Table Host Responsibilities
- Identify and invite Guests who will likely support FCA through financial donations and/or volunteer efforts. Keep in mind this is FCA's largest fundraising effort and we are trying to introduce potential new donors to FCA and raise funds for the ministry of Calvert County and Southern Maryland FCA.
- Share your experiences with FCA with your Guests.
- Fill your table (9 Seats)
- Remind your Guests a week or so prior to the Victory Dinner.
- Arrive at the the church by 4:30 so you can get acquainted with the room setup and greet your guests.
- Facilitate discussion at the table and make sure your guests are having a good time.
- Pass out Financial Donation Envelopes when directed to do so and collect them in the envelope at the end of the banquet and turn them into Kathleen Young.
